1.     Date Shift Policy:

○      Guests can shift their booking date with a minimum of 10 days prior notice before the check-in date.

○      Date shifts are not allowed within the last 10 days before the check-in date.

2.     Cancellation Policy:

○      Cancellations made before 7 days from the check-in date are eligible for a refund.

○      Within the last 7 days of the check-in date, no refunds will be provided.

○      No cancellations or date shifts are allowed within the last 10 days before the check-in date.

3.     Refund Policy:

○      Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 working days from the cancellation date request.

The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment source.
