If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Bangalore, with the proceedings conducted in English.
- Force Majeure Hotel Sathyam Oasis shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, internet failures, labor disputes, or government restrictions.
